  1. Thinly slice the garlic and serrano chile
  2. Heat the oil in a small skillet of medium
  3. Add the garlic, chile, and coconut, and cook, stirring often, until the coconut and garlic turn golden, 5 (or more) minutes
  4. Remove to a bowl and lightly salt
