Garlic serrano coconut crisp
Ingredients
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1/2 serrano chile
- 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1 Tbsp. oil
Directions
- Thinly slice the garlic and serrano chile
- Heat the oil in a small skillet of medium
- Add the garlic, chile, and coconut, and cook, stirring often, until the coconut and garlic turn golden, 5 (or more) minutes
- Remove to a bowl and lightly salt
