Carrot cake with cream cheese frosting

Cake

  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF
  2. Cream eggs, sugar, oil, and vanilla together
  3. Combine flour, cinnamon, baking soda, and baking powder until well mixed
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients and beat well, then mix with grated carrots
  5. Use butter to grease a 14x10 cake pan, then dust the inside with flour
  6. Bake 30min or until a toothpick inserted in the center come out clean (it will probably take more than 30min)
  7. Cool completely before frosting

Frosting

  1. Cream together cream cheese, butter, and confectioner’s sugar. Optionally beat in 1/4tsp vanilla.
