  1. Preheat oven to 325ºF
  2. mix crumbs, 3 tbsp sugar and butter, press firmly in bottom of 9” pie pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese, 1 cup sugar and vanilla in mixer until well blended.
  4. Add eggs, 1 at a time mixing on low speed to fully incorporate each.
  5. Pour over crust.
  6. Bake 55 minutes or until center is almost set.
  7. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight before serving
