Ingredients
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1/3 cup butter (melted)
- 4 x 8oz cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 4 eggs
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325ºF
- mix crumbs, 3 tbsp sugar and butter, press firmly in bottom of 9” pie pan.
- Beat cream cheese, 1 cup sugar and vanilla in mixer until well blended.
- Add eggs, 1 at a time mixing on low speed to fully incorporate each.
- Pour over crust.
- Bake 55 minutes or until center is almost set.
- Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight before serving
