Peanut butter fudge
Simonds family recipe. A holiday classic.
Ingredients
- 1 cup of evaporated milk
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/4 cup of butter
- 1 7.5 oz jar marshmallow fluff
- 1 12 oz jar smooth peanut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup walnuts (optional)
Directions
- Grease an 8x8” pan
- Bring milk, sugar and butter to a boil in large sauce pan over medium heat
- Cook 6 - 7 minutes, stirring constantly
- Remove from heat and add marshmallow fluff, peanut butter, and vanilla
- (optional: fold in walnuts)
- Spread mix in prepared pan and refrigerate until solid
