Peanut butter fudge

Simonds family recipe. A holiday classic.

Directions

  1. Grease an 8x8” pan
  2. Bring milk, sugar and butter to a boil in large sauce pan over medium heat
  3. Cook 6 - 7 minutes, stirring constantly
  4. Remove from heat and add marshmallow fluff, peanut butter, and vanilla
  5. (optional: fold in walnuts)
  6. Spread mix in prepared pan and refrigerate until solid
