Peanut Butter Miso Rice Crispies Treats

  1. Line 2 8” loaf pans or 1 8x8” glass baking dish with parchment paper
  2. Brown butter over medium heat until nutty and toasted, 3 minutes, swirling the pan towards the end
  3. Turn heat to low and stir in vanilla, peanut butter, miso, and salt. Add all the marshmallows except 2 cups and stir until smooth.
  4. Add the cereal and remaining marshmallows and fold to combine
  5. Transfer to the loaf pan and compact with fingertips
  6. Chill 30 min then slice into cubes
