Chia Seed Pudding
Makes 3-4 servings.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1tbsp. maple syrup or agave
Directions
- Add coconut milk, almond and syrup to large bowl then stir in chia seeds. Whisk and allow to sit 3 minutes.
- Whisk again, then cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or ideally overnight.
