Watermelon with mint, yuzu kosho and nigella seeds
A dish I ate at Strangeways on Aug 6th 2022.
Ingredients
- 1 medium watermelon, peeled and chopped into a large dice (~3/4in)
- 1 tsp yuzu kosho
- 1 tsp nigella seeds
- Chiffonade of large handful fresh mint leaves
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and gently toss by hand to combine thoroughly
