Corn casserole
A family holiday classic.
Ingredients
- 2 cans cream corn
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 2 sticks butter, melted
- 1 cup Ritz crackers, crushed
- 1/2 cup sugar
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350ºF
- Combine all ingredients in a casserole dish (8x8”)
- Bake 45 minutes or until slightly browned on top
