Potato wedges

  1. Preheat the oven to 415°F.
  2. Cut the potatoes into large wedges (about 6 per potato). Place the wedges into a bowl followed on by the dried parsley, dried dill, garlic powder, sea salt, black pepper and melted coconut oil
  3. Ensure all wedges are covered with the seasoning and place them on a parchment or aluminum foil lined baking tray. Bake 30-35 minutes, until golden.
