Potato wedges
Ingredients
- 750g potatoes, not peeled
- 2 tbsp. coconut oil, melted
- 1 tbsp. dried parsley
- 1 tsp. dried dill
- 2 tsp. garlic powder
- black pepper
- sea salt
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 415°F.
- Cut the potatoes into large wedges (about 6 per potato). Place the wedges into a bowl followed on by the dried parsley, dried dill, garlic powder, sea salt, black pepper and melted coconut oil
- Ensure all wedges are covered with the seasoning and place them on a parchment or aluminum foil lined baking tray. Bake 30-35 minutes, until golden.
